What materials can I print on with DTF?

DTF is a highly versatile printing technology capable of producing designs on a wide range of materials, including cotton, polyester, blends, and synthetic fabrics. This technique allows for creative printing on an extensive variety of items such as t-shirts, jerseys, caps, bags, and more, making it an excellent choice for diverse applications.

What is the Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is a large sheet that contains multiple designs arranged together, allowing for multiple transfers to be printed simultaneously. This approach minimizes waste and is an excellent solution for handling bulk orders efficiently.

What are the pressing instructions for DTF transfers?

Warm your heat press to 280-300 F / 155-160 CMedium pressure for 9-13 seconds.Pressure 6 KGAllow 10 seconds to cool before peeling

What is your turnaround time (TAT)?

Our standard lead time for DTF transfers are same day for call in orders submitted by 2 PM CST and next day for call in orders called in after cut off.

What file formats and resolutions are recommended?

To ensure optimal print quality, please provide your artwork in a high-resolution format of 300 DPI (dots per inch). Preferred file types include PNG, TIFF, PDF, PSD, or AI with a transparent background. Ensure the artwork is clean and free of any unnecessary elements.
