How Does Wholesale DTF Transfer Work?

Our wholesale program is built for print shops and businesses that need consistent supply at the best price. Instead of paying per order, you’re billed based on your total inches ordered in a calendar month. This way, the more you print, the less you pay per inch.

  2. Upload Your Files Online – Simple file upload through our website; your total inches calculate automatically.
  3. Production & Shipping – Orders before cutoff are produced same-day or next-day, then shipped or ready for pickup.
  4. Monthly Tracking – At the end of the month, your actual usage determines your tier for the next month.

How is wholesale pricing calculated?


Your tier is based on the total inches you order in a calendar month. The higher your monthly volume, the lower your per-inch rate.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No. You can place any size order. Wholesale pricing is based only on your monthly inches

Can my tier change mid-month?


No. Your usage is tracked throughout the month and your achieved tier applies to the following month. If you’d like to move up immediately, you can prepay credits to lock in a higher tier.

What if I don’t hit my expected tier?

If your volume is lower than expected, your tier will automatically adjust down for the following month.

What happens if there’s a print defect?

If there’s a production error, we’ll reprint your order at no cost.

What’s the cutoff time for same-day shipping?


Orders placed and approved before 2:00 PM CT are eligible. Any order under 5,000 inches ships the same day. Larger orders typically ship the next business day.

What file formats do you accept?

Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes. Contact our team if you want to provide your UPS/FedEx account details. But please check our ask our prices first, usually we have better shipping prices.

Do I need to mirror my artwork?

No, you upload the design as-is. We handle all gang sheet optimization and setup.

Do you offer tax exemption?

Yes. If you upload a valid resale certificate, your account will be marked as tax-exempt.
